If you find it difficult to take in so much protein, you can consider protein shakes which are easy to take in and are packed with protein and other nutrients. Cut down on junk food that are high in fat or sugar. If you find this difficult to do, you can set aside a “cheat” day once a week where you can eat anything you want. If done properly, this will have no negative effect on your workout and can keep you motivated. When it comes to bulking up and helping you to build big biceps, you want to gain healthy weight first and then turn it into muscle.
The next aspect to build big biceps fast is to focus on a few key exercises and to do them right. There’s no need to spend hours in the gym if you exercise efficiently and effectively.
