Whole grains are a rich source of vitamins, fiber, and fatty acids. Whole grains provide body builders with more energy, especially if you are going to be working out on an intense level. As a body builder the nuts you need to be eating (no pun intended) include walnuts, Almonds and cashews. You can also try hazelnuts and macadamia nuts. Nuts are an incredible source of vitamin E, zinc, fiber, and protein. Nuts build bigger muscles because it contains protein.
