So step away from those bodybuilding magazines and advice from your well meaning friends at the gym… they don’t work for you and never will…
Muscle building secret 2:
Live in your kitchen… I don’t care if you don’t like to eat a lot of food. I don’t particularly care if you don’t like to cook. If you are lazy… that is your problem but you are going to have to eat a lot of food! You see, you can workout like an animal but if you do not eat enough high quality proteins, complex carbs and good fats…
Then you my friend will never, EVER gain muscles.
Muscle building secret 3:
Lift heavy and no more than 10 times.
You want to work out hard but short. Get in and out of the gym. Don’t mess around… working out long at the gym is guaranteed to burn you out and you will have trouble sticking with the program. You need to challenge your muscles and lift heavy to force them to grown. But your muscles do all the growing as you shovel food down your mouth and rest.
