7 Day Diet Plan – How Much Can You Lose in a Week?

Dieting is a daunting task. Sometimes it seems like nothing works. You want to achieve a healthy and sexy body, and want to do it fast that it seems like it is close to impossible. You want to lose 2 inches off your waist, lose a double chin, lose flabby arms, and lose those fat thighs! Here is a 7 day diet plan that you can use to get started on your weight loss journey
Day 1:Fruits. You can eat all the fruits that you want, except bananas. This is the best way to prepare your body for the next six days of your diet. Fruits are free of fat and will load you up with very little calories compared to other foods that you eat. Try to eat melons, watermelons, or honeydew. These three fruits from the melon family tend to make you feel fuller for longer. Berries are also strongly suggested because they contain high amounts of anti-oxidants.
Day 2:Vegetables. Start your day with baked potato. This will give you enough energy for the day. After this meal, try to stir fry or boil other kinds of vegetables. Do not mix butter or any flavoring in to them. Just eat them as they are. The vegetables you consume today will be for your fiber needs and more nutrition. The fiber will activate the detox process of your system. Getting toxins out of your body is important in a diet because toxins are stored in the fats of your body. That is your body’s way of protecting itself from the bad effects of toxins.
Day 3:Combination of Day 1 and 2. Eat all the fruits and vegetables you can eat today, except for banana. If you do want to eat a banana, just have one. Fill your stomach with all the fruits and vegetables you can eat. Load up on all the nutrients you can get your hands on. Remember to only stir fry or boil. Try not to add any flavoring, salt or sodium.
Day 4:Vegetables, Bananas and Milk. On day 4, you will be drinking 3 glasses of whole milk, 3 bananas and a small quantity of vegetables. It is up to you on how to divide these into 3 meals. Make sure that you do not go over that requirement. No more, no less.
Day 5:Rice and Tomatoes. Today, you are allowed to have one cup of rice. You will also eat 6 medium-sized tomatoes. The rice is for your carbohydrates and your tomatoes are for your digestion and fiber. If you do not want to eat one cup of rice, that is alright. You can eat less than a cup of rice for today. But do not skip eating the 6 tomatoes. You have to complete that part.
Day 6:Rice and Vegetables. Today you will munch on 1 cup of rice, and raw or cooked vegetables. It is best that you eat rice in the morning and then you can eat as much vegetables as you can throughout the day.
Day 7:Rice, fruits and vegetables. Combine all these three. The rice should still be one cup, maximum. Then all the fruits and vegetables you can eat.
Keep in mind that this 7 day diet plan will not work if you do not follow it religiously. It is important to check with a professional before using this diet to ensure that it is suitable for you specifically. Remember to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and by day 7, there should be a noticeable change in your weight.
